Fredric L. Ellis has over twenty-five
years experience as an attorney. After graduating cum laude from
Harvard Law School in 1983, he was a law clerk for the Massachusetts
Appeals Court. He began practicing as a prosecutor in the Middlesex
County District Attorney’s Office before joining the firm of
Gilman, McLaughlin and Hanrahan. Along with Edward Rapacki, he formed
Ellis & Rapacki LLP in 1996. Attorney Ellis has obtained numerous
million-dollar jury verdicts for victims. |

Edward D. Rapacki also has
more than twenty-five years experience in litigation matters. He
began his career as a public defender before entering the Middlesex
County District Attorney’s
Office, where he eventually became second-in-command. In 1991 he was
appointed Chief of the Criminal Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney
General’s Office. After a two-year stint in the office’s
Government Bureau, he left the AG’s office to form Ellis & Rapacki
LLP. Attorney Rapacki also was a member of the Massachusetts State
Ethics Commission from 1996 until 2000. |

Joseph M. Makalusky has over
thirteen years experience in litigation matters. After a clerkship
with the Massachusetts Appeals Court, he became a prosecutor with the
Suffolk County District Attorney’s
Office. In 1999, he started practicing on the civil side. He is an
author of numerous law journal articles. Since joining Ellis & Rapacki
LLP in 2000, he has handled over twenty-five class action matters and
other cases. |
